About Text Garden

You must either be in college or interested in the writing process since you’re visiting my blog. Maybe you just started college and need help on how to write your very first research paper. Or perhaps you want to become an aspiring writer that publishes countless award-winning books. Or it could be that you’ve been in college for a few semesters and just don’t like where you are right now and want to improve. Whatever it might be, you’ve come to the right place. I’ve been in all those situations at one point, and I am here to help you overcome the obstacles that lie in your way.

My name is Walter Smith, and I’m a professor at a well-known college. I’m teaching writing and literature classes, and hence I’m quite good at what I’m doing. I’ve published a few books and developed a lot of knowledge in developing characters, stories, plot twists and so on. But enough of me, you want to know how all this can benefit you, right? Well, I’ve already started a list on how to improve your writing skills and will add more points as I go on. I also want to write some articles on how to start when you have never written anything before and give reviews on the latest literature. Reading is essential to being an excellent writer, never forget that.

If you’re a college student, then writing is important for you to but in a different way. I use this blog for personal use, but also for all the questions that my students ask me frequently. Think of them as FAQ, because I can be sure that the same issues arise every semester. How do I write an 8-page long paper when I’ve never written anything like this before? How do I find my research topic? How and where do I find relatable sources to use for my essay? I think you get my point. For this reason, I’ve built up a few posts covering topics like how to find an excellent research thesis or how to write an exceptional paper every time.

So, head on over to my post, I try to update the blog weekly. If you have any questions, shoot me a message. I usually answer them within two days if possible. Be the writer (or college student) you’ve always wanted to be!
